Refund and Returns Policy


ShaverShop guarantees a full refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn. If you receive any defective products as like (scratch on the product, not working) and any other problem then you have to claim for return within 24 hours from the time you receipt. After claiming the return you have to bring that product to our showroom or you can send that product via courier and you have to bear the courier charge. After receiving the products we will exchange that product within 5-15 days. Used or Worn products won’t be changed. If you order from us and after delivery, you want to change that will depend on the availability of the products. In this case, you can’t request for a refund, you can exchange your product with another product that is the same price as your product price if the products are available.


Thanks for purchasing our products at ShaverShop. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 3 working days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to your original payment method during the purchase. For Bkash payment, it may take 15-20 working days and for SSLCommerz, it may take 20-25 working days. The amount of refund less than 500 BDT will be mobile recharge to your mobile number and the amount of refund more than 500 will be Bkash or Bank transfer. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 working days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
